Welcome to Fragrance Diva's Vault. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Fragrance Decants

Fragrance Diva's Vault sells hand-decanted samples from authentic retail bottles. Unless specifically stated otherwise, customers are purchasing a decant only and not the original retail bottle or manufacturer packaging.

1. General

Fragrance Diva's Vault reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products

We specialise in authentic fragrance decants sourced from genuine retail bottles.

Fragrance Diva's Vault is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fragrance brand featured on this website.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Bottle designs, packaging and branding remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

3. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing and availability are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to cancel or refuse orders where necessary.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Prices, promotions and discounts may change without notice.

5. Orders

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been packed or dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity or misuse.

6. Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates only.

Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery times are outside our control.

Fragrance Diva's Vault is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, weather events, industrial action or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for information regarding damaged, leaking or incorrect orders.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind or if you simply do not enjoy the fragrance.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including photographs, branding, logos, graphics and written descriptions created by Fragrance Diva's Vault, remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Fragrance Diva's Vault will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only to process orders, provide customer support and improve our services.
